We ship year-round with standard delivery arriving within 3-7 business days of ordering. Shipping restrictions prohibit us from shipping to p.o., a.p.o., a.f.b., or f.p.o. box addresses. Rural route box, highway or star route address will only be accepted with a phone number. Since we ship perishable items, we select the best shipping available to reach its destination with care.

Corporate/Large Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses
A minimum of 15 Shipping Addresses are required. If you would like to place a Corporate/Large Order with multiple Shipping Addresses on a single order, please download the file linked below. Please complete this file with the Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone of every recipient and send it to corporateorders@ethelm.com. Please include your name, phone number, and preferred date and time of contact. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to process your credit card information and complete your order.
Minimum spend of $500 is required for corporate order processing.

If you receive an ice pack in your package, it’s because the journey of your gift passed through a destination that was greater than 75 degrees Fahrenheit, the melting point of our chocolate. The good news? The ice pack is environmentally safe and reusable. So rest assured that all of these materials are either recyclable or necessary for the journey.

Shipping Products Containing Alcohol
Our Creme Liqueur Collection and liqueur-filled chocolates contain alcohol in excess of 0.5% by weight. Orders may be placed from any state by persons 21 years of age an older. However, local state laws prohibit the shipment of alcoholic products direct to the consumer in many states. We can only ship to states that have statutes permitting the receipt of mail order liqueur products by persons 21 years of age or older. We are sorry, but we cannot process orders for liqueur-filled chocolates that do not meet these requirements.

What is the shipping process to ensure product freshness?
We take the extra steps to guarantee your chocolates arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. During warm months, and year-round to destinations in southern states, we send your gifts in a special insulated mini-cooler to protect their freshness and exquisite quality. Additionally, we surround each box of chocolates with frozen "cold packs" nestled snugly during packing.
Substitutions
Ethel M reserves the right to substitute chocolate pieces in pre-packed collections or chocolate assortments of equal or greater value should an item become unavailable. Ethel M is unable to take special request chocolate piece substitutions for pre-packed collections.
